RUBY OKINE

Ms Ruby Okine is the President of Predecessors Awards Worldwide, Executive Assistant to the Director at Happy Health Haven & the Dreamer’s hub, CEO of Le Parfums de Parfum, and a minister of the Gospel.

I have over 15 years experience in ministry and currently serve as the Executive Assistant to David Raphaelle Kwaku Antwi (Founding-President of Relevant Achievers Impacting Nations (RAIN); Founding-President of Prestigious Annual Predecessors Awards, CEO of Happy Health Haven & the Dreamer’s hub).

Aside the ministerial works, I have also worked with non-governmental organisations (IDEG, CHRI, WIPSEN- Africa, Hedge Ghana and Ark Foundation) for close to 8 years. I was part of the team that organised the historic Kumasi Declaration that brought together for the first time all the former Presidents of Ghana and their ministers to sign a peace accord that led to the 2008 peaceful elections.

I coordinated a fundraising project run by Ark foundation dubbed “campaign to reopen the Ark shelter”. The Ark shelter is the only shelter in Ghana that catered for battered women and children in Ghana. The organisation after several years of operating folded up due to financial constraints and my organisation (Hedge Ghana) was consulted to help raise funds to resuscitate it. Thankfully, we were able to meet our target which enabled us to re-open the Ark shelter.

My leadership skills and teamwork spirit won me awards such as Best Rank President, (2016), Most Loyal personality (2020) and Best Leader (2022).

I pursued my second degree in Law at Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and holds first degree in BA Hons. Political Science and Sociology from University of Ghana. I also possess a certificate in office management and administration from Management Development and Productivity Institute (MDPI), Exceptional customer care, Ghana Telecom and a member of Amadeus IT Group.
